Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
We offer website design, development, and maintenance services as outlined in our packages: Regular, Gold, and Additional Branding. Specific details of each package are subject to change without notice.
Payment
Payment for our services is due in advance. We accept Stripe. Recurring payments for monthly packages will be charged automatically unless otherwise agreed upon. A 6-month minimum subscription period is required before cancellation. There are no setup fees for our subscription services. The initial cost covers the first month or year of maintenance and support as per your chosen plan.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to our services and materials provided to you remain our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our materials without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Termination
We may terminate your access to our services at any time without notice for any reason. If termination occurs, any prepaid amounts for services not yet rendered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Data Privacy
We collect, use, and protect customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR regulations in Europe and CCPA in the US. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Estonian Arbitration Association.
Warranties
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific results from using our services. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Client Obligations
You agree to provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the completion of the services. Failure to do so may result in delays for which we are not responsible.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or any other force majeure events.
